Welcome to Lox, Stocks & Bagels! We are located at 368 E 40th, Eugene, OR, 97405 offering breakfast, lunch, espresso — and, most importantly, Eugene’s only boiled bagels. With a daily night crew making our dough from scratch, we pride ourselves on creating incredible, delicious food from on a daily basis. While we aim to continue to become leaders in our local food industry — for both our employees and our customers — our goal is to continue to push boundaries for the better! 

The owner of our company, Maxwell Davis, revived this restaurant after working as the manager for years. Davis purchased the equipment and name of the restaurant from the previous owner as it became time to pass the torch. Since then, we have undergone a major redesign while never changing the recipe for our beautiful bagels. We’re here to respect the craft. 

Thanks to our amazing bagel-loving staff, we’ve become a full-service breakfast destination for the city of Eugene.
